Return, reprint & damage policy
Because Rookie Edition cards are personalized and produced after digital-proof approval, completed custom products are final sale. Rookie Edition Studio will replace products affected by manufacturing defects, printing errors attributable to Rookie Edition Studio or verified damage during shipping. Customers must report eligible problems within seven calendar days of delivery and provide clear photographs of the affected products and packaging.
Rookie Edition Studio is not responsible for customer-approved errors, including incorrect spelling, jersey numbers, positions, team names, statistics, photographs or design selections.
If Rookie Edition Studio makes an error that does not match the approved proof, a corrected reprint is provided at no additional cost.
