How it works

A private workflow from roster to sealed pack.

The following operating flow is staged for founder approval. No agreement, invoice, deposit, registration, proof, production, or reorder action is live.

Plan and register

1. Coach, league, organizer, or parent submits an inquiry. 2. Rookie Edition Studio responds within one business day. 3. Package, sport, location, date, and estimated roster are confirmed.
4. Customer receives a proposal, service agreement, and invoice. 5. A 30% deposit reserves the Team Card Day or Season Story date. 6. Organizer receives a private team-registration link.
7. Guardians create adult-owned accounts and add athletes. 8. Guardians enter player details, consent, and separate marketing preferences. 9. Organizer sees registration and consent-completion status only.

Photograph and approve

10. Rookie Edition Studio photographs individual athletes, team, and coach. 11. Season Story includes one separately scheduled game-coverage session.
12. Images are culled, edited, and matched to athletes. 13. Personal, action, team, and coach cards are designed.
14. Guardians review their athlete’s Personal Rookie and Action/Hero cards. 15. Coach or authorized organizer reviews Team and Head Coach cards. 16. One correction round is included. 17. Final cards are approved.

Produce and continue

18. Only approved cards move to production. 19. Printed cards are inspected for damage, color, alignment, and correct athlete information.
20. Cards are sorted into labeled sealed athlete packs. 21. Packs are delivered to the team or separately shipped when purchased. 22. Digital cards remain saved in Card Vault. 23. Families can sign in and reorder later.
