For up to 15 athletes. Additional athletes are $75 each. Plus applicable sales tax.

• Individual portrait of every athlete, full-team photograph, and head-coach portrait.
• Personal Rookie Card, Season Stats or Player Profile Card, Team Card, Head Coach Card, private guardian registration, digital proof approval, digital cards, Card Vault plan, and one complete roster collector set for the head coach.
• Team Card Day uses a second posed Hero Card instead of a live-game Action Card.
• Per athlete: 2 Personal Rookie Cards, 2 Stats/Profile Cards, 2 Team Cards, 2 Posed Hero Cards, and 2 Head Coach Cards.

Season Story · $2,495

For up to 15 athletes. Additional athletes are $95 each; additional games are a custom quote. Plus applicable sales tax.

• Everything in Team Card Day, plus photography coverage of one scheduled game for up to two hours.
• Reasonable effort to capture every participating athlete, a personalized Action/Highlights Card, and digital action card.
• Per athlete: 2 Personal Rookie Cards, 2 Season Stats Cards, 2 Team Cards, 2 Action/Highlights Cards, and 2 Head Coach Cards.

Action coverage

Rookie Edition Studio makes a reasonable effort to photograph every participating athlete during scheduled game coverage. Playing time, field position, participation, visibility, venue access and game conditions are outside our control. If a suitable action photograph is not captured, the athlete will receive an alternate posed Hero Card design instead.

Production and payment gate

• Checkout, payment processing, sales-tax collection, printer costs, agreements, and scheduling remain off until separately approved.
• Team Card Day and Season Story require a 30% deposit once the approved booking flow is available. Remaining balance is due seven days before photography.
