Private guardian registration, digital proof approval, digital cards, Card Vault plan and one complete roster collector set for the head coach.

Everything in Team Card Day, plus scheduled game coverage for up to two hours.
Reasonable effort to capture every participating athlete and a personalized Action/Highlights Card with digital action card.
10-card pack: 2 Personal Rookie, 2 Season Stats, 2 Team, 2 Action/Highlights and 2 Head Coach cards.
If a suitable action photograph is not captured, an alternate posed Hero Card design is included.

Rookie Edition Studio makes a reasonable effort to photograph every participating athlete during scheduled game coverage. Playing time, field position, participation, visibility, venue access and game conditions are outside our control. If a suitable action photograph is not captured, the athlete will receive an alternate posed Hero Card design instead.

THE STUDIO PROCESS

Photo Day

Individual portraits, team photography and coach photography. Season Story also includes scheduled game coverage.

Player Information

Guardians privately provide approved player details, jersey numbers, positions and optional verified statistics.

Custom Card Design

Rookie Edition Studio creates the athlete’s coordinated five-card collectible set.

Proof and Approval

Guardians review athlete cards. The authorized organizer reviews team and coach cards. One correction round is included.

Print, Pack and Deliver

Approved cards are printed, inspected, sorted into sealed athlete packs and saved digitally in Card Vault.
