Each athlete receives 10 physical cards: two copies of each of five collectible card designs. Front and back views are explanatory views of one physical card, never two cards.

ST-01 · Season Stats or Player Profile
Front: athlete name and sport-specific numerical design when verified statistics are provided. Back: approved additional statistics, team, season, and optional accomplishment. When no verified statistics are provided, this becomes a parent-approved Player Profile Card. Rookie Edition never invents statistics.
TM-01 · Team
Front: full-team photograph, team name, sport, and season. Back: approved roster or team information, coach name, season, and Rookie Edition branding.
AC-01 · Action/Highlights or posed Hero
Front: actual game-action photograph, athlete name, and sport-specific action design. Back: approved game moment, event or season detail, optional quote or highlight, team, and season. This design belongs to Season Story. When suitable action is unavailable, a posed Hero Card replaces it.
HC-01 · Head Coach
Front: coach portrait, coach name, role, team, and identifier. Back: optional approved coach quote, team, sport, season, and Rookie Edition branding.
