Data boundaries

• Accounts belong only to adults, parents, or guardians; never directly to minors.
• No public athlete profiles, cards, galleries, or proofs by default. Public use requires separate guardian authorization.
• Guardians can only access their own household’s athlete records. Organizers receive only least-privilege roster/completion/status views.
• Rookie Edition Studio does not store raw payment-card data. Future payments must use an approved payment processor.

Data requests

The planned Card Vault includes an account and data-deletion request. Retention, deletion, processor, and legal disclosures remain an approval gate before live implementation.
