For families
Parent and guardian consent information.
Rookie Edition Studio photographs minors. Every athlete is registered by an adult, and no card is printed without a recorded approval.
Who provides consent
A parent, legal guardian or authorized adult representative registers each athlete. Minors do not create accounts and cannot approve their own cards.
What consent covers
- Photographing the athlete during the scheduled session or event coverage.
- Using the athlete's first name, jersey number, position, team and season on the card.
- Optional Rookie Story details supplied by the family.
- Optional statistics, only when the family provides and approves them.
Private proofs and approval
Every personalized card is delivered as a private digital proof before production. The parent or guardian reviews the athlete's name, jersey number, position, team, photograph, Rookie Story information, optional statistics and complete card design before production. One correction round is included. Printing begins only after final approval.
What stays private
Athlete profiles, proofs, uploaded photographs and approval records are private. They are not published on this website, are excluded from the sitemap and structured data, and are not indexed by search engines. Coaches and organizers see roster completion status only.
Withdrawing consent
A guardian may withdraw consent or request deletion of an athlete's data before production begins by contacting the studio. Once a proof is approved and printing has started, the physical order cannot be recalled, but future use can be stopped.
