Cancellation & Rescheduling

Deposits

  • Team bookings require a 30% deposit to reserve the date.
  • Individual bookings require a 50% deposit to reserve the date.

Refund window

  • The deposit is fully refundable within 48 hours of the initial payment.
  • After 48 hours the deposit becomes nonrefundable, but it may be transferred once to a new date with at least 72 hours' notice.
  • One reschedule is permitted.

Weather

Weather rescheduling is determined by Rookie Edition Studio when outdoor conditions would materially affect safety or image quality.

Balances

Remaining balances are due seven days before a team session and before an individual session. Production does not begin until required balances and approvals are complete.
