Custom Product, Return & Reprint

Because Rookie Edition cards are personalized and produced after customer approval, custom card packs are final sale once the final proof is approved. Refunds or complimentary reprints are available when Rookie Edition Studio makes a production error, the manufactured product materially differs from the approved proof, or the order arrives materially damaged.

Reporting a defect

• Report visible manufacturing or shipping damage within seven days of delivery.
• Include clear photographs of the affected product and your order information.
• Rookie Edition Studio may replace affected products, issue a partial refund or provide another appropriate remedy.

Approved content

Spelling, Rookie Story details, optional statistics and image selections approved by a parent or guardian during proof review are not eligible for a refund or complimentary reprint. One correction round is included before final approval, and additional design changes may require a custom fee quoted before work continues.
