When production starts

Cards move into production only after the required payment and final digital-proof approval are complete. Approved cards are printed and assembled into sealed packs.

Delivery

Team orders are typically delivered together to the coach, team manager or organizer, or arranged directly with participating families in San Diego County. The delivery method and schedule for your order are confirmed with you in writing before production begins.

Timelines

Rookie Edition Studio does not publish a fixed turnaround or shipping estimate. Your expected timeline is confirmed for your specific order once the proof approvals are complete.

Damage in transit

Report visible shipping damage within seven days of delivery with clear photographs and your order information. See the Custom Product, Return & Reprint Policy for available remedies.
